Snowdrift Siberians is a small multi-ability kennel
located on a picturesque smallholding near
Stellenbosch in Cape Town, South Africa.

Snowdrift Siberian Huskies are all very definitely
purpose-bred —they run in harness as well as show in
the ring...we personally believe that it is imperative
for this breed to be able to do this as, if we lose the
athlete underneath the beautiful coat—we will lose all
that is magical about and inherent to this breed.

The Siberian Husky was originally bred to run with a
light load over vast distances at a moderate pace.
When all is said and done—this amazing breed
SHOULD—first and foremost—be a dog who lives to
run in harness.

This breed’s conformation and structure must be
sound and moderate and if the breeder gets it
right—you will have an unbelievable dual ability
dog—at home in both his harness as well as at the
end of a show lead…!
